Why Do You Love Fitness and Why Did You Join Paradigm:
I love continuously learning how the body is supposed to move and how we can better fix imbalances that have gone under the radar for most of our lives.
I really enjoy the corrective aspect and growing up playing hockey I also loved figuring out how to better our athletic performance in a way that does not compromise how we should be moving.
I joined Paradigm because it gave me the freedom to explore and further expand my training base and knowledge while being in an atmosphere that was friendly and welcoming.
